Pro Football Hall of Famer Ed Reed launched the Ed Reed Foundation is 2002, his rookie year with the Baltimore Ravens. After visiting local schools and seeing the challenges that at-risk youth were faced with, he dedicated his philanthropic work to being a force for positive change for young people.
